Jamie Langenbrunner?s and Zach Parise?s shootout goals made goaltender Martin Brodeur a winner on the day he became the NHL?s all-time minutes leader in the Devils? 2-1 win over the Bruins on Friday, as reported by the Associated Press. Brodeur surpassed Hall of Famer Patrick Roy for the most minutes played. The 37-year-old Brodeur now has 60,280. Roy played 60,235.

It?s been 18 years since an NHL goalie made as many saves as Dwayne Roloson did Monday night, according to an Associated Press report. Roloson turned aside 58 shots to help the Islanders beat the Maple Leafs 4-3 on Josh Bailey?s goal at 4:18 of OT. The last goalie to reach that total was Ron Tugnutt, who stopped 70 shots for the Quebec Nordiques at Boston on March 21, 1991, according to STATS.
